Randy says that Richter's has a good reputation, but they are not
growing/harvesting their own g'seal, so he can't speak to the quality of
that particular product. But also reiterates what I have already said -
using the whole plant potentiates (makes the alkaloids in the root more
available) the potency of the root and will be more effective. His
formula is patent pending and he shared the latest (30page) research
report for his NIH grant. I haven't had a chance to read it all, but it
is quite impressive.

He says he has shipped to Cananda before with no problems, so not sure
what problem you encountered ordering from his web site.
