One thing mentioned to me a long time ago was that each farm only gets
one vote, well actually each member that has voting rights. This does
make it fair and the largers farms do not have a monopoly in any way in
voting in any board member.
The hard part is that smaller farm owners, like myself, cannot afford
to take off work, go to nationals, pay someone to take care of my farm
and attend nationals so my voice is heard!
It's kinda a catch 22. As in all organizations, it does seem
that "money talks". We must band together and have our voice heard,
somehow!
