Alpacasite is very tightly controlled by Rick horn, and anything said
there that does not comply with his opinion (or those controlling him)
are quickly quashed. If Rick Horn were running this group, many people
would have had their membership edited so they could no longer post, or
banned completely. You may note the very critical posts about ME on
this group. If a group of people posted that way about Rick Horn, they
would be silenced in no time and those posts removed. I've seen it
happen too many times to count. While I do think the posts are becoming
potshots pointed at me, I am not banning or editing anyone, although I
think that time may sadly be coming.
No, this group treats members as adults and allows them to speak their
mind. And yes, we do have a lot of discussion on alpaca health and
husbandry. In fact, that is what most of the discussion is about, and
what to do with your fleece once it's off the animal.
If you want a group where you are free to ask real questions, this is
the group for you.
