Re: [AlpacaTalk] Re: Other alpaca discussion groups
Hi Amanda,
From what I am gathering from my experience and others
that have commented, is that much of the information
being censored has nothing to do with the CONTENT
shared. In my case, I have said NOTHING that would
warrant my posts being excluded.
While I absolutely agree with just moving on and not
bothering with certain forums, I think it is good to
hear that there are quite a few others with the same
experiences and that none of us are being singled
out...many of us are!
The fact of the matter is that the said group's
moderator will go on to other forums and say how
wonderful the "site" is and how many people are
members, etc. The next comment is "look who is NOT
posting on that site and that will tell you something
about them." I have read this with my own eyes. The
problem is that since he is the one deciding who can
and who cannot post. What does this tell you?
It has been my experience on this other site that many
of the posters do not have a problem with comments
made, only the moderator does.
Interesting discussion. Funny that when Heather
originally posted about this, it did not have anything
to do with Alpacasite or its moderator!
