I used to have to help import animals from Canada to the US through
the vet clinic I worked at, but as it has been a wee it of time and
the regulations seem to change daily you will want to contact U.S.
Department of Agriculture (USDA) 2-4 weeks before you want to ship
the animals to keep current.

It is going to be trickier with the NAIS as well. (and please become
aware of NAIS and if you dont like it.. tell everyone!)

But I know at the very least that the person in Canada who owns the
animals now will have to blood test them. Talk to them and their vet
as they will have to probably do the paperwork from their end.
