no that is incorrect, the border opened last year or early this year
sometime i believe, alpacas regularly come from canada into the US
fairly often and fairly easily now, mostly the canadian breeders
handle the paperwork i believe but someone more knowledgable then me
will have to answer more about it...perhaps you mean ari, which is
closed to new animals not from 2 registered ari parents...
