Hi Wendy:
Talk to a lawyer. If you sell everything at auction you may be able to
buy the animals back and only have to pay half the purchase price. You
can then use your half of the money from the rest of the sale to pay
for your animals.

Like I said talk to a lawyer. Try to stay on talking terms with your
spouse as it is often possible to negotiate a better settlement than it
is to shout at one another in a court room. To do this you may have to
swallow some pride but it is more important to you, in the long run, to
stay financialy solvent.

And yes I have been there and done that many years ago.
