Also, the ARF website, www.alpacaresearchfoundation.org also has several
articles about BVD. Currently MAPACA is sponsoring a cria study in regard to BVD,
to the tune of $20,000. Support ARF. There are other studies as well that need
support. The web site also has a census of PI (Persistently Infected) alpacas
and the area of the country where they have been diagnosed. Best, Alice
