You can contact the ARI office for the help you need, and/or see the FAQs:
http://www.alpacaregistry.net/index/FAQ.htm just like it says on the Member
Services page. There in the FAQs it states:
"User ID

In most cases, the user ID is configured as the breeder's last name a dot
(".") and first initial (e.g. SMITH.J). In the case of common names, there
may be more than one user ID that could match. There are several instances
where more than one last name and first initial match. In each of these
cases a sequence number has been appended to the User ID (e.g. SMITH.J1).

If you do not know your User ID, please contact ARI at www.ContactAri.net or
call (402) 437-8484."

Barbara and Barrie Lynn are right, your user name should be: DESANDO.C

The automatic fill that you had before was due to a program on your
computer. The change that has occurred is a change in the server location
and the URL of the Members Services page so your program that auto-fills has
to update. ARI didn't *get* pop up blockers; it just changed so your
computer settings have to update to function the same as they have before in
regards to the ARI site.
