[Alpacasite] re: ARI fees

Hey everyone, after just having to "re-pay" to get an animal registered, due to ARI lab error, or rather lack of results, I am steamed! My vet said several other breeders in our area have had the same experience. Has anyone found a way to get the ARI to run the retesting for free? We do everything right, use the right forms, and do it all online, then the lab messes up the DNA test. Any other lab would run the second test for free, as it was their error. Feedback??
