I would give her Thiamine. Usually, this is from a thiamine tie up or deficiency.

Does anyone know a remedy against circling disease among alpacas? One of
my mares has it from time to time. She is 6 years old. Her first attack
she had when she was 2 years old.
In the meantime she got 3 crias. Sometimes she has no attack for several
months. Sometimes 2 in one week. It takes mostly a few hours. After an
attack she has no problems left.
She is almost deaf, but can hear a little bit. She is white with dark
eyes. Is there something I can do about it? Thank you in advance.
