Re: [AlpacaTalk] alpaca sheering

This attitude really sucks in our fellow breeders.  Information costs NOTHING.  It costs no one to pass on a quick amount of info or where to find help for a sick alpaca/ situation.  It is the animal that is being hurt, not the client that did not buy.  I always tell newbies that whether they buy from me or not, that I will help if they need it.  Since I have a sleep disorder, I add 24/7 to that comment.    Now you can call that being a sucker if you want to.....but it has probably ensured more good will for me than I know about.

Subject: [AlpacaTalk] alpaca sheering

Adopted our 2 alpacas 2 months ago. Called the gentleman who has done thier sheering in the past and he no longer does it. Anyone know a sheerer who will come to northern VA? It turns out most breeders will only help if you bought your alpacas through them. sigh.............
