It is neurological in nature that's why she can't flip her toes when they go down the wrong way.M-worm usually effects lower back and back legs.103 is a fever unless it is very hot where you are if its hot she is over heating.In either case her body is not regulating body temps properly,That is all I can tell from the information.That said West Nile sounds like a possibility,I have not dealt with it so my knowledge is zero.You need to find a teaching vet school and get some tests run on this girl. She needs more water to flush her body of toxins and to hydrate.Sure wish her the best,poor girl...... Tina
