[AlpacaTalk] Sock Brigade - Holiday Drive
Wanted to let everyone know that AOBA is sponsoring a drive to garner donations
for the Sock Brigade during the month of December.
This is a non-profit effort available to members and nonmembers of AOBA. Some
vendors are donating socks and making socks available for purchase at or below
wholesale prices. Our goal is to do a few things:
1) Get warm alpaca socks to our men and women in the military.
2) Promote the alpaca and alpaca products.
3) Generate traffic on your farm and in your farm store over the holiday season.
Please participate in this effort. The poster and information are available to
both AOBA members and nonmembers through www.alpacainfo.com and
www.alpacaowners.com .
It is as easy as printing out the posters on your home printer and posting them
in and around your local area.
If you have a friend or relative serving, please submit a picture along with the
persons information for posting on the AOBA web site as well.
Hope to see everyone participating in this industry wide effort to promote the
alpaca, alpaca products and help our military family members stay warm!
