[AlpacaTalk] VAOBA show in October

 

            My daughter and I will be attending and showing one of our yearling males.  I attended the show last year but was sick and so many things didn’t register for me.

 

            I have a few questions.  We are entering a halter class without knowing if he will even qualify.  I have not measured his fleece and don’t know for sure if he has 3” of fiber. 

 

            My daughter will be showing him with other 4H kids in performance classes …….does anyone know the rules for the Costume class?  Is there a theme?

 

            We are looking forward to “getting our feet wet” with the showing.  I know the Huacaya white is very competitive.  Is White Suri?  Just curious.  If his fleece is 3” we will be competing and he is a very nice boy!
