RE: [AlpacaTalk] Fiber trade for product?

Rachelle,
The Alpaca Blanket Project is paying for fiber.  The ABP is also paying for shipping of blanket fiber of shipments of 500 pounds or more.  Most any group can raise that amount and we currently have a bumber of collection sites around the US with more almost every week.

As for trade, members may use their earnings to purchase finished products (blankets and scarves of 100% American alpaca made by Pendleton Woolen Mills) at wholesale.  We are also currently working on producing alpaca pillows.

Subject: [AlpacaTalk] Fiber trade for product?

Hi all,
Anyone interested in trading some raw fiber for finished product? I have a garage full of it, and since my 'simple back surgery' turned into a life altering experience we are trying to get out of the business end of the industry and just keep a few of our favorite pacas just for pleasure. That means cleaning out the garage of all of our fleece. It is raw, unskirted and not picked.  All colors, lots of fawn and white and of varying fineness.
I have first and seconds and would love to trade straight across for finished product or rovings.
Thanks!
Email me if anyone is interested.
