Hi Janice,
I know what you mean about the joy.
My alpaca boy herd of 37 were sheared on Friday morning.
After I opened the gate to let them go, they exploded in gallops, pronks and leaps. Cedric the suri, galloped so hard he almost ended up in a summersault.
It was so lovely to watch them.
Next will be the girl herd...they don't get quite as silly as the boys...maybe.
