It is really sad that at a time we need AOBA and ARI to pull together more than ever we still seem to have problems.    I know it is very hard to have people with different opinions and different personalities work together but they should think of the members and put their own feelings aside.    I don't know what caused this mess but election  was so good and smooth last time.  Why change what worked before?  No need to reinvent the wheel. The map and groundwork was already established.    This is the reason I don't volunteer for leadership and committees.  I like  many do not have the tolerance for it.
