Hi:

I've had several conversations with a reporter that has been covering

the recent cria killing in S.W. Ohio.

She asked me today if there was anyone else I knew that had experienced this.

I told her alpacatalk would be the venue to find out.

Would you mind posting this for me? (I still cannot post on the site)

The reporter would be interested in talking to a few more owners that have suffered the senseless loss of an alpaca at human hands.

She would be interested in speaking with them.

In the spirit of the month of February, I am appealing to the entire

alpaca community to "have a heart" and join in the effort to increase the

Alpaca Reward Fund to a level that will continue to garner publicity and

eventually ferret out the slime responsible for this mindless crime.

Please look at the picture of little Arianne in the above links.  Imagine

Tana's shock... and, the horror of Arianne's mother, Ariel, as she

undoubtedly witnessed the senseless murder of her baby.  Please help us

continue to increase the Reward Fund and bring the perpetrator(s) of this

crime to justice.
