Equally important is ease of searchability! ARI has a certain amount of
information in the database already, yet it is tiresome to say the
least to search ARI for info. And forget trying to search AOBA show
results. There's no reason that show results shouldn't be submitted in
a standardized format, and uploaded into a database for ease of
searchability, by ARI# for example. One could easily type in an ARI#
and get all show placings of a particular animal.
I do agree that the "new" ARI software leaves a lot to be desired. I
Maybe in time they'll implement more features to make it easier to find
the info we want.
