Hello Chuck....WOW! Sorry about that mispost! You are absolutely
correct that it should read paid to those who bring the purpetrators
to justice (arrest and conviction)- I have no typing skills and
sometimes my brain never gets the information to the fingers....

Please send what you can to this fund. Those pennies add up and will
