You might want to check ebay. I see them up there sometimes. His new
book is coming out in the next few months (edition 3).
I would also suggest Marty McGee's book.

Does anybody know where to find a copy of Dr. Evan's Alpaca Field
Manual. I have read about this book and that it is a must have book,
but I just can't find it anywhere. We're trying to build up our
information library, and this is the one book that we just can't find.
I've even checked to see if Oregon State's library had a copy I could
check out and at least read, and they don't.
Other books we have or are getting are:
The Alpaca Book by Eric Hoffman
Llama & Alpaca Neonatal Care by Smith, Timm & Long.
The Alpaca Shepherd by Mike Safley
(other farming/gardening/
Any other suggestions on books that are a must have for a home library?
