hi Linda - is it something about the Bolivian bloodline that ensures that sweet nature? I've just bought a full Bolivian male, Zachary-B, and he is so laid back and such a sweetie, he has the nickname Angel Boy. He is a medium fawn and i will be breeding him this summer to some of my girls, and i'm hoping he passes on his personality with the rest of his genetics.
I love the idea of a Bolivian herd - good luck with it, and enjoy.

His name is Carmel and he will soon be joining our other Alpaca in
June. Cocoa will finally have someone to play with. He is full Bolivian
and I am in the process of trying to make an all Bolivian herd. Just
trying something new, seeing as how most breeders want the Accoyo
lineage for the animals. Leave it to me to do and be different in this
day and age, I just want to produce animals that are sweet natured and
reasonable in price, you know, affordable Alpacas!
I am trying to buy a full Bolivian girl, who is out of this world
beautiful. She is dark fawn and the boy that we just bought is white
and fawn in color. Cocoa is what you would say is dark brown,
technically he is listed as bay black. I have fallen in love with
Bolivian Alpacas, they appeal to my senses and my eyes!
