[AlpacaTalk] Compensation Incentive Program

While we have only been in the Alpaca business for a short time, I am
blessed with a wonderful farm hand that I look forward to grooming into
an intrical part of our Alpaca's lives. I pay her an hourly wage right
now but would like to develop an incentive program that would allow her
to have a vested interest in an alpaca. I can't afford to just "give"
her one, but would consider partial interest in exhchange for work.
Does anyone use such a program? Or have a better idea? It is
important to me that she feels as much a part of this business as
possible. I figure if she has some ownership, she will be even better
than she already is.
