[AlpacaTalk] Developing a market for fleece -New Zealand

Hi everyone - I hope no-one from NZ reads this because I am worried
there maybe people here working on this and are already on the way to
solving the problem!

I only have 2 alpaca and now in my study have two fleeces. What do I
do with them in New Zealand home of top quality merino sheep and
angora goats?

Although i quickly state I have not researched this issue thoroughly,
it seems there is not really a market for alpaca fleece here. Alpaca
breeders with greater than 75 alpaca - mostly white - can sell their
fleeces, but those of us with only two can't readily sell.

Is this a world-wide thing? Can someone please give me some pointers
on how to develop a market for small quantities of fleece?
