[AlpacaTalk] Re: fertilizing pastures

Great information. I have a question regarding pastures but not
fertilizer. Here in Texas this year we are getting a lot of rain
(hurrah!) and so we are now in the process of getting our pastures
prepared for planting.

We are not farmers, it will just be so our alpacas can go out and
graze. Right now it's just weed grass and we'd like to plant something
beneficial. Everyone we talk to around here says that the grazer mix
would work but I wonder if I can get something more geared for the
alpaca. Suggestions?
