I know this is an alpacasite, and this is llama talk, but this is something
that has bothered me for years. Those of us who are really "oldtimers" all
fell in love with llamas when they were all this type...............very
light wooled, guanaco-appearing, regal animals with attitude!! Now it seems
we are supposed to think the "new type" are somehow better than these
oldies. Is the loss of these classics perhaps one of the reasons why the
interest in llamas has dramatically decreased?? I STILL prefer the "old
type" llama;-)
