I can tell you how I fortified my gates. LOWES has 12" X 12" cement
Stepping stones. I placed these in three rows beneath my gates.
Some I dug up a bit of ground so that the stones are not sitting on top
And cannot be moved, others I placed some new dirt around the
stones. If my Dobers can't get through them then NOTHING can.
